I went there today to get a soak off and a new set. They in fact did not do a soak off instead they basically ripped my nails off using another nail to get them off. Which in result made my nails extremely painful. I specifically asked if they could mix yellow and white to make the yellow lighter and they said yes. Once we got to the design, I was told they could not mix colors, she tried putting a white base down and then topped it with yellow (which of course did not make the yellow lighter). I had a picture of what I wanted done, which again they said they were able to do. The lines were only half way on my nails and crooked, the polka dots were half Inexistent and I had to get white because they could give me the color they told me they would be able to do. Oh and I was charged $80 for everything lol. Overall not a great experience and likely won’t be going back. Inspo pic vs reality attached lol

the lady who did my nails was very nice, the OWNER is rude & rush folks off. My nails was alright but I will not be returning.

i had an absolutely awful experience i asked her for a acrylic nail removal she started off by filing down my acrylics and then used a nail clippers to cut down too my natural nail AND THEN she got an acrylic nail from her container and pried my acrylic nail off ripping some of my natural nail off with it she got to my fourth nail and started prying it off but this time it SPLIT my natural nail and it started bleeding i did not let her do my right hand! she was nice enough to not let me pay and she was very apologetic. but here’s your warning!!

I love this place. I’ve been coming here for my last 5-6 refills and also gotten a few pedicures. I love this place. The ladies are so knowledgeable and sweet. The review from a Jennifer Binkley a few weeks ago is completely bogus. I was actually there getting my refill when she came in trying to cause issues. I recognize her from her photo and this happened about 5-4 weeks ago. The owners were so calm and explained to the women that when she got her nails done, she was very happy with it and even tipped them, and that coming back in days after the service, she’s now unhappy and wants her money back because “she has bills to pay”. Me and another customer actually told her to leave because she was being ridiculous and she did. The ladies did record the interaction because it’s 2022 and they need documentation to protect their very nice business. But they never raised their voices or were rude at all, they just did not want to give this crazy Karen any cookies. Some people will never be happy, and with the power of online reviews, they can hurt businesses. Which is unfair. You can tell by her photo that her nails are grown out and still look great. It’s not the salons fault you have ugly hands.
